Shipping Policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Speed
We offer standard shipping. Most orders arrive within 4-9 business days after shipment.

Shipping Cost
Shipping is free on all orders. We've built it into our pricing so there are no surprises at checkout.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your package in real-time.

Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us at LumWel1ness@outlook.com with details. We'll work with the carrier to resolve it. If we need to send a replacement, we'll cover the cost once per customer.

If your package is marked as delivered but you don't receive it, contact us within 7 days and we'll investigate with the carrier or send a replacement.

Address Changes
Once an order has shipped, we cannot change the delivery address. Make sure your address is correct before completing checkout.
